Does
my Etrog Need a Pitam?
The rule is as follows: if the pitam falls from the etrog naturally
while on the tree, the etrog is kosher. if the pitam is knocked
off after picking, the etrog is NOT kosher. Experts can tell the
difference, and all of our pitamless esrogim are certified kosher.
When
should I place my order?
The first day of Succot this year is Saturday, October 11th, 2003.
The Four Species are not taken on Shabbat. Sets will be shipped
on Tuesday, October 7th, the day after Yom Kippur, by 2nd Day Air.
